This is for everyone who's applying to grad schools this year. I applied to a few but I am not as motivated as I should be. So, I still have a couple that are due on Feb 1st. I know I should sit down and work on those statements but I don't feel like doing it. I know I will somehow get it done by the due date but it won't be so good. I need some motivation in life. Maybe I am not really excited to go to grad school. I would like to hear from those who are applying as well as those who are currently attending grad schools.

Elpida, One suggestion: If you are not motivated or not interested then dont go for it. You should be ready to go through series of frustrations. It sounds bizzare, your emtional part is as important as your academic part.
