 New to UTA - Need advice and friend to share an apartment

A girl arriving in UTA for MS-Computer Science by end of the year needs some help.
She needs a female friend to share apartment with. Anyone in that area who lives nearby, within walking distance, and willing to share the apartment?

Also any suggestion on how to get on-campus job, departmental assistance-ships and/or Graduate positions are much appreciated.
