Last year I only applied for TPS status not EAD but I received both TPS approval and TPS EAD card. Since i did not apply for TPS EAD but they send me TPS EAD as well, now for TPS status renewal do i also send a copy of TPS EAD as my previous EAD. What should i put on I765 form on question 11 regarding the previous EAD. I am planning to apply for TPS status renewal only not EAD.

It was a technical problem from USCIS side to send you TPS EAD as you never applied for that and you never went for biometric test and never paid for i-765 and biometric fee. I guess you did not use that EAD and it would have better if you have inform USCIS to return it. Anyway, even if you do not want to get EAD for TPS extension, you have to fill the i-765 form and check that you do not need EAD and do not send any biometric fee. Just send $365 check or money order. Hope that works and rectify the previous issue. You do not have to mention that you received EAD earlier, just fill the 765 form and mention that you are not needing it.
