Hey is there any problem to get a new visa for an student under F1 staying in nepal for more than 6 months.

Case is Went back to nepal on September and want to come back on june. Will there be any problem to get a new visa ?????

Depends on why he took long break? How was his GPA when he was Studying?Whether he paid his tax or not and finally last, but not the least mood of the cousular......
