I am renting a room in my 3 br and 2 bath spacious condominium in Bethesda right near Montgomery Mall and available on Month-to-Month basis. The rent is $800.00 a month and includes all utilities, cable, wireless and parking. The living room has all the basic necessities (including 40" HD TV). It is less than 2 minutes walk to the mall and restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The area and building is very safe and secure place with secured building entrance. It also has an excellent community pool. I'm located on the 3rd floor in a four story building (building has elevator). I am a male, investment professional in my 20s working in DC.
