For peeps who do not want to stay here illegally after they have graduated and their Visa expires what do you do to extend your stay legally?? I know there are a couple of ways like: 1. H1 2. I20 by taking another course or MBA 3. fake marriage 4. refuge any other options??? Is it possible to even apply for a visitor visa while you are still in America and extend your stay for a couple of months??

Isn't that for when you are out of status and you need stamp on your passport to be legal??? How is going to Mexico goin to help if you don't even have any type of visa.
