 Setup Software Product based company on H1b

Hello Friends ,
Currently ,I am on H1b and planning to setup software services company with one of my American friend.I did some research and found I can be passive investor on H1b .I'll be designing and working on some technical area etc.Can I perform my tasks when I am on H1b for LLC? Most of my contribution will be during product development stage.
